Description

During World War II, a common strategic need resulted in China and the United States opening the Hump Navigation route in order to conduct an air offensive against the Japanese invaders. The series records the battles that took place, and how the Chinese people aided and rescued American pilots. The people of the two countries whose paths crossed have never forgotten that period of history, and maintain their ties of friendship.
